On May 12, 2026, the 70th Eurovision Song Contest began in Vienna's Wiener Stadthalle. After last year's victory by Austrian JJ, Austria hosts the biggest musical festival of Europe.
In the first semifinal on stage performs 15 countriesof which Poland. Our colours represent Alicja Szemplinska with track "Pray" – it is her return to the Eurovision scene after a failed attempt in 2020.
What is worth knowing about today's semi-final?
- The favourites of the evening are among others. Finland (duet Linda Lampenius x Pete Parkkonen), Greece (Akylas) and Israel.
- Poland is performing in the second part of the show.
- The hosts of the whole competition are Victoria Swarovski and Michael Ostrowski.

The second semi-final will take place 14 Mayand the grand finale 16 May 2026. The finals automatically included the countries of the Great Four (France, Germany, Italy, Great Britain) and the host Austria.
