On April 27, 2026, at 12:01, Piotr Hancke (Łatwogang) and Borys Przybylski (Bedoes 2115) published a long, deeply personal statement on Instagram. The post appeared right after the end of the 9-day charity marathon, which more than a million people followed live at the same time.
In the statement, the creators stress that the entire success is “a joint work of all of us” and that they do not accept any congratulations or thanks directed only at them.
Key excerpts from the statement:
“First of all, thank you for everything you have done. We do not accept congratulations or thanks. This is a joint work of all of us, and it is we who congratulate you on what you have done for the kids and on how you moved the whole country.”
“We also do not accept any merit awards. Instead, we ask that they be given to nurses and doctors, who have to fight every day, and we appeal for April 26 to be made a day of the fight against cancer.”
“As for interviews, television and the media – our comment is absolutely unnecessary. Over these 9 days we have said enough. To media that care, we ask you to spread the word about the fundraiser and the awareness that CANCER IS NOT A DEATH SENTENCE.”
The creators also announce that all collaborations and income from the recent period will be redirected over the longest possible time, and that every zloty will be accounted for together with the Cancer Fighters Foundation.
At the end they write: “Each of us is a Cancer Fighter. We are sending a lot of strength – Borys and Piotrek.”
Below the post is the characteristic red heart with the initials “JR”.
The Łatwogang campaign continues to break records – the fundraiser at siepomaga.pl/latwogang has already exceeded 217 million zloty and is still accepting donations. The statement responds to the huge interest from the media and the numerous proposals of orders and awards, which the creators consistently reject in favour of sick children.

This is not the end – as Piotrek and Borys announce, after settling accounts with the foundation they will return with new activities, concerts and an album, from which the entire profit will again go to the fight against cancer in children.
