W jednym z domów jednorodzinnych doszło do strzelaniny, w której zginęły dwie osoby, a jedna została ciężko ranna. Police prowadzi szeroko zakrojoną obławę na uzbrojonego sprawcę. About 10:30 a.m., the service received a report of shots fired in a single-family house in Stara Wiesi (Limanowski County, Lesser Poland). Three people were shot at the scene. Unfortunately, two of them – a 31-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman – died on the spot. The third victim, a woman aged around 73, was transported to a hospital in severe condition.

After the shooting, a 57-year-old male fled the scene, initially moving a blue Audi A4 combi with registration number KLI 22662. The car was found by police near the crime scene, indicating that a man could have fled on foot towards a nearby forest.
The action involved maximum police forces, including units from Krakow and police counter-terrorists. Police helicopters are also sweeping the area. Police publish the image of the wanted person and call on residents to exercise special care and report any information to emergency number 112.

Police say the wanted man is a 57-year-old man who can wear a blue sweatshirt, jeans and bright shoes. He's considered dangerous, possibly armed. According to unofficial information, a man is a hunter and knows the surrounding forests very well, which may make it difficult for him to stop quickly.
