Last days in Serock caused concern to residents of single-family settlements – at night there is a masked figure in a black cape. Her white mask resembles a costume from a cult horror. "The Scream". According to the tenants, the intruder looks at the windows, sometimes glowing with a flashlight.​

Records from private cameras quickly hit local social media. The event was documented, among others, at Palace Street in Stasim Les. Some netizens suspect it's just a Halloween joke. However, some commentators fear for their own safety, suspecting even reconnaissance before breaking in.​

Police respond to reports

If anyone has information that such a person was on some other property, has surveillance footage, or has information or suspicions of who it might have been, please report to the nearest police unit.
