Bookings have just opened for one of the most anticipated and at the same time most controversial hotels on the Baltic coast – Hotel Gołębiewski in Pobierowo.
After five years of delays, financial problems and heated debate in the media and among residents, the property has finally launched its reservation system. The official opening is scheduled for 26 June 2026.
During the first weekend of operation (26–29 June), 500 rooms will be available to guests. Further stages of opening the property are to follow gradually over the coming weeks.
Prices? Not for everyone
- Cheapest standard room – from PLN 1,600 per night
- Suite with sea view – around PLN 5,000 per night
These are among the highest prices on the Polish coast in the premium hotel segment.
The hotel has stirred enormous emotions from the very beginning – both because of the vast scale of the investment and because of controversies surrounding its location, environmental impact and relations with the local community. Even so, thousands of people have for years been waiting for the moment when they could finally book a stay.

Is it worth paying such money for a holiday in Pobierowo after five years of waiting? Opinions are sharply divided – some call it “a new level of luxury on the Baltic”, while others speak of “a price detached from reality”.
The room rate includes unlimited access to the whole Tropikana Water Park, with outdoor pools, a wave pool and a youth pool. Water animations take place there every day – from Aqua Zumba, Aqua Dance and Aqua Aerobics, through family games, water polo and beach volleyball, to relaxing sauna sessions and aromatherapy ceremonies. Right next to the hotel there is also its own access path to a wide, sandy beach, so the sea is only a few steps away.
In addition, the hotel offers a rich entertainment programme for the whole family. The youngest guests can take part every day in a Fairytale Parade, Mini Disco, Bubble Disco, Little Chef and Little Confectioner workshops, Lego robotics, 3D printing and outdoor games. Adults and teenagers have evening concerts, piano recitals in the Patio Café, Las Vegas Night, Tropical Pool Party and Beach Foam Party at their disposal. Outdoor sports classes – stretching, yoga, fitness, Tai Chi and Nordic walking – are also included in the price, with no additional charges.
