After 5 years of delays, Hotel Gołębiewski in Pobierów finally opens reservations. The prices are falling off my feet.

Just started reservations at one of the most awaited and at the same time the most controversial hotels on the Baltic – Hotel Gołębiewski in Pobierów.

After five years of delays, financial problems and sharp discussions in the media and among residents, the facility finally made the reservation system available. Official opening scheduled for June 26, 2026.

On the first weekend activities (26–29 June) will be at guests' disposal 500 rooms. The next stages of launching the facility are expected to take place gradually over the coming weeks.

Prices? Not for everyone

• The cheapest standard room – from 1600 PLN per day
• Apartment with sea view – about PLN 5000 per night

This is one of the highest prices on the Polish coast in the premium hotel segment.

From the very beginning, the hotel was very emotional – both because of the huge scale of investment and the controversy surrounding location, environmental impact and relations with the local community. Nevertheless, thousands of people have been waiting for a moment in which they can finally book their stay.

After five years of waiting, is it worth paying such money for vacation in Pobierów? Opinions are strongly divided – some call it "a new level of luxury on the Baltic", others talk about "a valuation detached from reality".

The price of the stay is unlimited access to the whole Tropican Water Park with outdoor pools, wave pool and youth pool. Every day there are water animations – from Aqua Zumba, Aqua Dance and Aqua Aerobic, through family games, water ball and beach volleyball, to relaxing sauna screenings and aromatic ceremonies. Right next to the hotel there is also its own descent to a wide sandy beach, so it is enough to take a few steps to be by the sea.

In addition, there is a rich animation program for the whole family. The youngest can participate daily in the Fairytale Parade, Mini Disco, Bubble Disco, Workshops of the Little Cook and the Little Pieter, Legorobotics, 3D printing and field games. Adults and youth have evening concerts, piano recitals at the Patio Café, Las Vegas Night, Tropical Pool Party and Beach Piano Party at their disposal. The price also includes outdoor sports activities – stretching, yoga, fitness, Tai Chi and Nordic walking – all without any extra charge.
