Stuart Kluz-Burton, known as Stuu, will be released to Poland. The United Kingdom court eventually approved the extradition of a 34-year-old youtuber, who has dual British-Polish citizenship.
Kluz-Burton gained popularity with Minecraft films and gaming content. It has over 4 million subscribers on YouTube.
Charges
Polish authorities accuse him of:
- two cases of sexual activity with girls under the age of 15 (2015 and 2018 incidents),
- encouraging minors to consume alcohol.
The case is connected to the Pandora Gate affair. He's facing 12 years in prison.
Court Decision
Kluz-Burton was detained in October 2023 on the basis of Interpol's BOLO. In February 2025, a court in London ordered extradition. Youtuber appealed, claiming that the issue could be politicized. However, the British High Court rejected the appeal and maintained the decision to release it to Poland.
Extradition is due to take place soon.
