Menendez decision: refusal of early release
In recent days, hearings have been held on the case exemptions conditional Menendez, Lyle and Erik brothers. The Commission stressed that although Lyle expressed remorse and admitted guilt, features such as manipulation tendencies and liability problems still raise doubts about his willingness to return to freedom. The psychologist estimated the risk of post-release violence to be low, but not enough to allow release now.
