American bully – racial controversy

American bullly, especially the XL variety, is listed on the list breeds banned in Britain. Since February 2025, breeding these dogs requires special permits – without them animals are immediately euthanized. In the past, there have been many cases of attacks involving American bullly, leading to the introduction of new regulations. Since 31 December 2023, breeding, selling and finding new homes for these dogs is prohibited.
