The political atmosphere in Poland has long been hot, but recent events around Sławomir Mentzen and Przemysław Czarnka have warmed it even more. Przemysław Czarnek will not participate in "Beer with Mentzen" since Mentzen named Jarosław Kaczyński"political gangster".
A Controversial Quote That Caused a Storm

Sławomir Mentzen, leaderConfederations, in recent days he strongly commented on the proposal of PiS and Jarosław Kaczyński addressed to the opposition, encouraging the signing of the so-called"Polish Declaration". In the video, which quickly gained great publicity on the network, Mentzen stated explicitly:
I'd call the president of the Law and Justice a political gangster. I have no reason to trust this man and at all costs to seek a coalition with him. If this coalition ended up killing us politically, what would be the point of making it? — commented the Confederate Leader.
Such harsh words could not remain unresponsive to the environment of Law and Justice and the allies of this party.
Przemysław Czarnek withdraws from the meeting
Dear Member
@SlawomirMentzenAre you crazy? The limits of even non-cultural polemics have been crossed by you repeatedly in this statement. Perhaps if you cool down, you will come to the conclusion that it is worth apologizing, even for human reasons. In the meantime, please cross me off the guest list of Mentzen beer. This is simply impossible after your statements. Who knows? Maybe that's what you wanted?
Sławomir Mentzen, leader of New Hope, decided to refresh the famous event, inviting politicians of various options to loose talks in a talk-show formula with the audience. Meetings were to be an opportunity to exchange views and shorten the distance between political rivals, with emphasis on constructive dialogue about Poland and the future of politics.
Who was invited?

Mentzen emphasized that he spoke to each of the invited – and they were all to give preliminary consent.
What gains and loses the Law and Justice and what the Confederation?
Many commentators stress that Czarnek's decision is a reaction not only to Mentzen's words, but also to the wider conflict and increased tension within the right. The Confederacy is increasingly defining its separateness from the Law and Justice, exposing contradictions and not intending to enter the coalition under the conditions proposed by Kaczyński.
Political consequences of a "political gangster"
For both the Law and the Confederacy, this dispute is a signal that the monolith time at the right ends. Mentzen uses his high recognition after the election and is not afraid of sharp comparisons. In turn, PiS – through gestures such as Czarnek's resignation – tries to show that it does not intend to tolerate open criticism from potential coalitions.
