President Nawrocki and Prime Minister Tusk to Hold First Meeting Since Swearing-In

President of the Republic of Poland Karol Nawrocki will meet Prime Minister Donald Tusk at the Presidential Palace at 12:00 on 14 August, at the Prime Minister’s request. This is the first such talk since Karol Nawrocki was sworn in as head of state on 6 August 2025. On that occasion, the two leaders limited themselves to official gestures and exchanging a few words at the sitting of the National Assembly, without holding a full bilateral meeting. Tomorrow’s talk will inaugurate a new chapter in relations between the Chancellery of the Prime Minister and the President of the Republic of Poland.
