Matura 2025 is approaching fast and stress is running high? Prime Minister Donald Tusk reassures students on platform X: „Hey, graduating students, no panic please. Look at me and other politicians. If we, at least most of us, somehow managed it, you shouldn’t have any problem with it. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for you!”
Matura 2025 – what you need to know?
This year, around 275 thousand students will sit the exam, and another 49 thousand are retaking it to improve their results from previous years. The exams begin on 5 May with a Polish language test. A novelty is the reduced scope of material – as much as 20% of the content has been removed, which should translate into a lower level of difficulty. This is good news for stressed graduating students.
Matura 2025 schedule
- 5 May – Polish language (basic level)
- 6 May – mathematics
- 7-8 May – foreign languages
- 9-24 May – oral exams
It’s worth remembering that the written English exam at basic level will take place on 7 May, and the advanced level a day later.
