On Sunday, April 5, just after 7:00 p.m. in Mysłowice on Goods Street, there was an unusual but touching police intervention. Three white dogs of the samoched race fled the property and ran unattended on the road, posing a threat both to themselves and to drivers.
An concerned resident immediately reported the matter to the on-call police station in Myslowice. A patrol arrived, which in a few minutes secured the animals so they wouldn't run into a busy street again. Officers decided to take the dogs to the station, where they could wait for the owner under safe conditions.
Uniforms didn't waste their time. After just a few minutes on one of the social networking sites, they found a post about the missing three samobeds. They contacted the owner immediately. By 8:00 p.m., happy dogs came home.
Mysłowice police emphasize that their rapid response prevented a potential accident and ensured safety for both four-legged and residents. At the same time, they remind of the obligation of animal owners: in accordance with Article 77 of the Code of Offences, inadequate protection of a dog may result in fines of up to PLN 1000, restrictions of freedom or reprimand. If an animal presents a danger to human life or health, the punishment is more severe.
With the involvement of law enforcement, everything ended happily. Three white singles are safe at home, and the owner will certainly take better care of the fence of the property.
