  1. Regulations lay down rules for the use of digitalnexus.pl website, conducted by DIGITAL NEXUS MEDIA Limited liability company, based in Kraków, ul. Zamkowany 10/1.5, 30-554 Kraków, KRS: 0001181017, NIP: 6793335016, REGON: 542090609.​
  2. The service is informative and public – the content presented includes news, analyses and opinions from the country and from the world.​
  3. Content published in the site can be edited using AI tools, always under editorial supervision.​

2. Terms of use

  1. Each user has the right to browse the content available free of charge.​
  2. Adding comments is possible without registration – a name/pseudonym and an e-mail address are required. Comments are added by the built-in WordPress module.​
  3. The option to subscribe to comments is available voluntarily – you can disable it yourself at any time via the link received in the email.​

3. Rules for publishing comments

  1. User comments may not:
    • contain illegal, vulgar, offensive, incitement to violence or hatred,
    • infringe the rights of third parties, including personal, copyright and related rights,
    • be spam, advertising or unsolicited commercial information.​
  2. The administrator reserves the right to remove comments that violate the rules and to block the possibility for users to add comments that violate the rules.
