Terms of Service

1. General provisions

  • These terms set out the rules for using the digitalnexus.pl website (the Service).
  • The Service is run by Digital Nexus Media sp. z o.o., ul. Zamknięta 10/1.5, 30-554 Kraków, KRS: 0001181017, NIP: 6793335016, REGON: 542090609 (the Publisher).
  • The digitalnexus.pl website is registered in the register of press titles kept by the District Court in Kraków, I Civil Division, under number Pr 3545.
  • The Service is informational and editorial in nature. Using it is free of charge and does not require registration.

2. Content

  • Articles are prepared by the Service’s editorial team. We also use artificial intelligence tools in their creation, but every text is checked and approved by an editor before publication. The English version of the Service is produced through automatic translation.
  • Sponsored and advertising materials are labelled.
  • We make every effort to keep content accurate and up to date. Errors can be reported to kontakt@digitalnexus.pl.

3. Comments

  • Any user may post a comment, providing a first name or pseudonym and an email address. The email address is not published.
  • Comments must not contain unlawful, vulgar or offensive content, calls for violence or hatred, content that infringes the rights of others, or spam or advertising.
  • The Publisher may remove comments that violate these terms and block users who breach them from commenting.
  • Comments express the opinions of their authors, not the editorial team.

4. Copyright

  • The Service’s content (texts, photos, graphics, video materials) is protected by copyright. Copying and distributing it without the Publisher’s consent is prohibited, except for permitted use, including quoting with an indication of the source and a link to the article.
  • Some photos come from external authors or services under licences indicated in the captions.

5. Liability

  • The Service’s content is informational only and does not constitute legal, financial, investment or medical advice.
  • The Service contains links to external websites and embedded content from other services (e.g. posts from X). The Publisher is not responsible for their content.

6. Personal data

The rules for processing personal data and cookies are described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Final provisions

  • Comments and complaints about the operation of the Service can be sent to kontakt@digitalnexus.pl. We respond within 14 days.
  • The Publisher may change these terms. Changes take effect from the day the new version is published on this page.
  • Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law.
