Daniel and Natalia Magical reveal official documents from the D.A. on the ban on streaming

The Internet has been flooding rumors over the past few weeks about the alleged ban on streaming imposed on Daniel and Natalia Magical's duo. Popular streamers after a series of bans, among others, on Kick and Instagram disappeared from the network for two months, raising an avalanche of questions and speculation.The truth came to light only now that Daniel Magical showed an official letter from the Toruń District Attorney's Office.

Reason for Magical absence – mysterious bans and online speculation

In June, Daniel Magical and NatiMagical were blocked on Kick and Instagram platforms,Shortly after, they published on the "blue platform" a viral film in which dressed as a boar Daniel joked about his situation.

For the following weeks after publication of the film with the boar, they did not appear anywhere, their profiles were inaccessible, and the viewers guessed the worst, from problems with the law – to alleged court ban on streaming.

Official letter – the prosecution will dispel doubts

The Streamer couple decided to explain everything once and for all. They made available an official document – a response from the District Attorney's Office in Toruń on a request from Daniel's lawyer. It is clear from the letter that:

• The prosecution did not carry out any actions enforcing criminal measures against Daniel Zwierzynski.
• No platforms such as Kick, TickTok or Instagram were reported about any convictions or prohibitions.
• There are no proceedings against Daniel Zwierzyski, no notifications were made to street platforms.
• All the above information has been officially transmitted and is public and the letter has been signed by District Attorney Eva Janczur.

After this two-month silence, Daniel Magical wrote on X (formerly Twitter) that they missed viewers very much, and the whole situation with rumors and pressure was very emotional for them. He admitted that the stress before returning to broadcast was enormous, but thanks to community support, the couple intends to regularly return to the Internet.

It is worth noting that their blockades were the result of street platform policies, not the decision of a court or prosecutor – as confirmed by facts and official documents.
