For weeks, the internet was flooded with rumours of an alleged streaming ban imposed on the duo Daniel and Natalia Magical. After a series of bans on platforms including Kick and Instagram, the popular streamers disappeared from the internet for two months, sparking a flood of questions and speculation. The truth came out only now, when Daniel Magical showed an official letter from the Toruń District Prosecutor’s Office.
The Reason for the Magicals' Absence – Mysterious Bans and Online Speculation
In June, Daniel Magical and NatiMagical were blocked on the Kick and Instagram platforms, and shortly afterwards they published a viral video on the “blue platform” in which Daniel, dressed as a boar, joked about his situation.
For the following weeks, after the boar video was published, they did not appear anywhere, their profiles were unavailable, and viewers assumed the worst, from legal troubles to an alleged court ban on streaming.
Official Letter – Prosecutors Dispel Doubts
The streaming couple decided to clear everything up once and for all. They shared an official document: the response of the Toruń District Prosecutor’s Office to a query from Daniel’s lawyer. The letter clearly states that:
- The prosecutor’s office did not conduct any enforcement actions for punitive measures against Daniel Zwierzyński.
- No information about any judgments or bans was provided to platforms such as Kick, TikTok or Instagram.
- No proceedings are being conducted against Daniel Zwierzyński, and no notifications were submitted to streaming platforms.
- All of the above information has been officially communicated and is public, and the letter was signed by the District Prosecutor – Ewa Janczur.

He admitted that the stress before returning to streaming was enormous, but thanks to the support of the community, the couple plans to return to the internet regularly.
It is worth emphasising that their blocks were the result of streaming platforms’ policies, not a decision of a court or the prosecutor’s office – as confirmed by the facts and official documents.
