In Zyrardów, a 42-year-old man made an unusual, but very abundant "purchase". He stole 1,800 rolls of toilet paper! The total was probably as much as a solid package of purchases, and the value of the stolen goods amounted to over a thousand zlotys.
The robbery occurred on the night of June 9-10 at one of the markets in Zyrardów. The man took 36 bags of toilet paper. As it turned out, they were not small quantities – this is all about 1800 rolls.
He fell into the hands of the police
Police from the Criminal Division of the District Police Headquarters in Żyrardów quickly reacted. After receiving the report, they analyzed the surveillance and picked a suspect within a short time. The man was detained the same day on one of the streets of the city – he had stolen goods on him.
A 42-year-old boy's heard a robbery charge. For this act he is facing punishment for 5 years imprisonment. His fate will now be decided by the court.
