Agnieszka Kaczorowska is officially ending her long-standing adventure with “Dancing with the Stars”. The popular dancer and actress has told fans she will not appear in the 18th season of the show (31 overall, TVN + Polsat), which premieres in spring 2026.
In a lengthy Instagram post, Kaczorowska summed up her appearances on the Polsat show: “8 seasons behind me. 3 finals. One crystal ball. Several times, I can proudly say, I did my coaching job very well. But this last season of #TzG was absolutely special for me… Dancing with someone you love is the greatest happiness. Thank you @marcin_rogacewicz”.
And she made it clear: “You won’t see me in the next season @tanieczgwiazdami… Now it’s time to dance on my own terms…”.
The decision comes as no surprise to those who follow the show behind the scenes. Just a few days ago, Pudelek and Fakt reported that the dancer would be “100 percent” absent from the spring lineup – the dates of her own dance-music show “7”, which she created together with Marcin Rogacewicz, clash with the live episodes of “TzG”. The pair is hitting the road across Poland, with performances scheduled, among other days, on Sundays – exactly when the show airs.
The last season was full of emotion for Kaczorowska – not only positive ones. After being eliminated in the seventh episode, the pair did not say goodbye to the other contestants, did not take part in the online meeting after the episode, and kept to the sidelines during the finale. Online, accusations appeared of manipulated editing, unfair scoring and “gigantic levels of manipulation”, which the dancer herself mentioned on social media.
Fans are heartbroken. Thousands of supportive comments flooded her statement: “We’ll miss you so much”, “You’re the best, we’re keeping our fingers crossed for your new projects”, “It’s a shame, but I understand, it’s time for yourself”.
Iwona Pavlović briefly commented on the decision to the media: “It’s a shame, but I understand. Everyone has the right to their own choices”. Tomasz Wygoda, the show’s choreographer, added: “Because of the character… she won’t be…”.
Agnieszka Kaczorowska was one of the longest-serving professional dancers on Polish “Dancing with the Stars”. Earlier, she won, among other things, the title of world champion in Latin American dances. Now, together with her life partner Marcin Rogacewicz, she is focusing on original projects – the show “7” is already selling out halls across the country.
Is this the definitive end of her adventure with “Dancing with the Stars”? For now, she says clearly: it’s time to dance on her own terms. Fans hope she will return someday – even as a guest. For now, all that remains is to wish her luck on her new dancing path.
