A five-year-old girl, still wearing a hat and toga from the graduation ceremony, went to a city prison so her mother in it could see her through a window with bars. The family couldn't afford food, which is usually needed to celebrate in prison, so the girl just stood outside – radiant in her little dress while her mother looked at her from behind bars.
