The prosecution revealed the results of an analysis of the surveillance recordings on which the last minutes of the life of MP Lukasz Litewka were captured. Investigators analysed the records from several cameras on the route, which both the MP and the car driver who hit him were moving.

District Attorney's Attorney in Sosnowiec, proc.Bartosz Kilian, confirmed that the monitoring analysis had already been completed. The recordings show:

- At the time of the incident, the MP made a telephone call via the phone (he did not hold the phone in his hand).
- Investigators have already interviewed the person Lithuanians spoke to just before the tragedy.
Analysis of the driver's phone Mitsubishi also did not bring new threads – it did not use the phone at the time of the accident. The toxicological opinion ruled out the presence of any substances affecting his abilities.
The D.A. emphasises that the new materials did not change the direction of the investigation or the charges made to a 57-year-old.
