In the night of June 3 to 4, 2026, a kebab stand owned by influencer Tomasz Olejnik burned down in Wrocław. The venue was recently reviewed by popular YouTuber Książulo.
The video of the kebab review was published just 10 days ago.
The arson took place at around 4:30 a.m. Unknown perpetrators set fire to the stand. Fortunately, no one was injured, but the venue was completely destroyed.
The owner of the kebab stand, Tomasz Olejnik, published an appeal offering a 5,000 zloty reward for help in catching the perpetrators. He asks anyone with any information to contact the police or him directly.
The story quickly spread online, mainly because of its context: the kebab shop had recently been reviewed by Książulo, which sparked many comments and speculation among internet users.
In comments under posts on the topic, some suggested that the arson could be linked to the review, or that the owner might have staged the incident to get an insurance payout. Others simply wrote directly, calling for the culprits to be caught.
For now, the police are investigating the arson. It is not yet known whether the perpetrators have been identified.
The case is stirring strong emotions, as kebab shops are often targets of feuds or acts of vandalism, and in this case the context of a high-profile review adds another layer.
