Euro MP Robert Biedron, co-chief of the Left, published a post in which he strongly criticized controversial patostreamer Daniel Magical. The entry, comparing Magical's streams to scenes from the film "House of Evil".
Who's Daniel Magical?
Daniel Zwierzyński, known online as Daniel Magical, is one of the most controversial figures of the Polish Internet. The 30-year-old streamer from Toruń gained fame thanks to patostreams – live broadcasts, in which he presents pathological behaviors such as alcohol abuse, drugs, verbal and physical violence, and even public praise for terrorist acts. Its content is often very controversial.
Magical had many conflicts with the law. In 2019, he went to prison for beating up, and in 2020 he was convicted of publicly praising a terrorist attack. After his release in 2023, he continued to operate, leading to further arrests. In March 2025 he accused his former manager and family of stealing, which only fueled controversy around his person. His streams are criticized for promoting violence and pathology, which experts believe can negatively affect the young generation. He currently performs on streams with Natalia Nati Magical (Natalia Kowalczyk).

Biedronia's entry and comparison to the film "House of Evil"
In his December 2, 2025 entry, Biedron wrote: "Daniel Magical is a pathology that we can't go through. His streams are like scenes from the film "House Good". Violence spills off the screen. Either people stop promoting it, or the entire next generation will be contaminated with such content." The post was accompanied by a photo consisting of two photos: the upper one presents Magical with a partner at the PRIME MMA TV gala in Pruszkow on 11 October, and the lower one is a frame from the film "House of Evil" by Wojciech Smarzowski.
The 2009 film "House of Evil" is a dark drama showing a dysfunctional family marked by domestic violence, alcoholism and tragedy. Director Wojciech Smarzowski is known for his uncompromising portrait of Polish social pathologies. The comparison of Magical's streams to this work emphasizes, according to Biedron, the scale of the problem – the content of the streamer is like a film fiction, but it takes place live.

Online Reactions: Hypocrisy Charges
Biedonia's post quickly collected many reactions and comments, but not all were positive. Many users reminded the politician of his own background in domestic violence. In 2000, Biedron's mother, Helena, accused him of bullying her and her younger brother, leading to prosecution charges. The case was dropped, and in 2019, during the Biedron campaign, they both issued a statement in which they assured that there had never been violence between them. According to their version, the only perpetrator of family violence was Biedron's father, and the charges resulted from family conflicts.
Nevertheless, the comments under the post featured voices such as: "You pour your own mother so you are the worst kind of trash that exists" or parody of the entry: "Robert Biedron is pathology...". Users accused politicians of hypocrisy, pointing to similarities between his history and Magical content. Others defended Biedron, arguing that his past does not diminish the importance of criticism against patostreamers.
The impact of patostreams on society
Controversion around the entry Biedronia highlights the wider problem: the impact of toxic online content on young people. Pathors like Magical attract viewers with sensation, but their broadcasts can normalize violence and pathologies. Experts call for greater regulation of streaming platforms to prevent the spread of such materials. Will Biedron’s post contribute to change? Time will tell, but the discussion already shows how social media connects politics with online culture.
Biedron's entry, albeit controversial, opens an important debate on the limits of freedom of speech in the network and responsibility for the content promoted. In an era when everyone can be a streamer, the line between entertainment and pathology becomes thinner.
