What is WIBOR? Short explanation
WIBOR is simply the rate at which banks in Poland lend each other money. The banks set this rate together daily and then use it as a benchmark for determining the interest rate on loans to customers – such as you. In short, the higher WIBOR, the more expensive the mortgage, and vice versa.
