Sąd Okręgowy w Warszawie zdecydował, że Dariusz Matecki może opuścić arrest pod warunkiem wpłacenia 500 tys. zł poręczenia majątkowego. Kwotę tę zebrała rodzina posła, a formalności dopełniono w piątek po południu. Po zaksięgowaniu przelewu przez Prokuraturę Krajową Matecki opuścił Areszt Śledczy w Radomiu kilka minut po godzinie 17.
