Who was Agnieszka Maciąg? A biography full of success and change
Born on 9 May 1969 in Białystok, Agnieszka Maciąg began her career as a model in the 1990s. She quickly became one of the most recognisable faces in Polish show business. She worked for top brands, appeared on the covers of magazines such as “Vogue” and “Elle”, and represented Poland on international runways. Her beauty and charisma opened the doors to the world of fashion, but Maciąg did not limit herself to that.
Over time she moved towards acting, appearing in films and series, including “Młodych wilkach” and “Na dobre i na złe”. However, her true passion turned out to be personal development. After leaving her modelling career, Maciąg devoted herself to writing. She published more than a dozen books, including bestsellers such as “Pełnia życia”, “Smak szczęścia” and “Menopauza. Podróż do esencji kobiecości”. Her publications focused on health, spirituality, nutrition and life balance. She ran a blog, workshops and retreats, inspiring thousands of women to live consciously.
Every day she promoted a holistic approach to health – yoga, meditation, natural cooking and connection with nature. She was the mother of two children and the wife of photographer Robert Wolański, with whom she shared a harmonious relationship. Her Instagram account, followed by hundreds of thousands of people, was full of motivating posts and healthy recipes.
Battle with illness and tragic death

Despite gruelling treatment, she did not lose her optimism – she shared her experiences, stressing the strength of spirit and the importance of support from loved ones. “Be free, because you always loved freedom” – her husband wrote in a farewell post, quoting her own words.
The cause of death was complications related to cancer. She died on 27 November 2025, leaving behind her family, friends and fans in mourning. Her passing is a great loss for the world of culture and personal development in Poland.
