Polish children’s song legend Majka Jeżowska has not held back on Skolim. The 66-year-old singer bluntly called him a boor and said he is no artist at all.
Her remarks came in an interview with „Fakt”. The singer was asked whether Skolim should refrain from shouting profanities during concerts attended by children. Jeżowska had no doubts:
„He should, but Skolim is unfortunately a boor, no artist. Kids like him, he earns millions…”
Majka Jeżowska’s words are a reaction to Skolim’s controversial behavior – both at his recent Children’s Day concert, where he used profanities, and to his harsh comments about other artists and the draft law on social security for creators.

Jeżowska’s remarks have caused a huge stir online. Some internet users fully back the legend of Polish children’s music, writing that „someone finally said it out loud”. Others defend Skolim, accusing Majka of envying his popularity and earnings among the younger generation.
Skolim has been dividing the Polish internet for a while now – some consider him a sincere and entrepreneurial artist, others a vulgar provocateur.
