Nuyanzin was not a rookie in the fitness world. As an experienced coach, he promoted the idea that everyone could achieve an ideal figure, regardless of the starting conditions. It was this philosophy that pushed him into an extreme experiment that was supposed to prove the effectiveness of his method.

What was the challenge?

At the end of October 2025, Nuyanzin began a "weight gain marathon", which consisted of eating over 10,000 calories a day, mainly fast food and junk food (junk food). The goal was to quickly adopt at least 25 kilograms and then drop them with their own fitness program. Influencer documented everything on social media, sharing menus, photos, and progress.

An example of the daily menu looked like this:

  • Breakfast: A plate of cookies and half a cake.
  • Dinner: 800 grams of dumplings with mayonnaise.
  • Snacks: Chip packs and other salty snacks.
  • Dinner: Burger and two small pizzas, ordered in a cafe or for delivery.

During the month, Nuyanzin gained about 13 kilograms, reaching 105 kg by November 18. "My HAPPY CURSE soon starts, where you can win cool prizes and, most importantly, build a beautiful body, learn to eat and have fun! I'll be skinny with my subjects, so it'll be twice as exciting!" – he wrote on Instagram.

What went wrong?

A few weeks after the challenge, Nuyanzin began complaining of discomfort. He canceled training sessions, informed his friends that he was feeling unwell, andHe planned a doctor's appointment.. Unfortunately, he did not make it – he died in his sleep due to heart failure. His last Instagram post of November 18 showed him eating a pack of chips and celebrating progress in weight.

Experts indicate that extreme calorie intake, especially from processed foods rich in fat, sugars and sodium, has caused a huge burden to the body. Nuyanzin was not accustomed to such a diet, which could accelerate health problems.

Expert warnings: Why is such a diet dangerous?

Food specialists are alerting that eating 10,000 Junk food calories per day is a "real life-threatening" behavior. By comparison, the average adult needs 1600-2400 calories a day, and even active athletes rarely exceed 4000-5000.

Dieteticians explain: "Consumption of 10,000 calories of Junk Food (Smoke Food) can become fatal every day". Risks include rapid increases in blood sugar, cholesterol, blood pressure, heart stress, stomach problems, dehydration and insulin fluctuations. Long-term this leads to obesity, type 2 diabetes, heart attacks and strokes.

Experts advise:Always consult extreme diets with your doctor and remember that balanced changes are the key to health.
