How does today's WIBOR 3M affect the mortgage payment?
The interest rate on your mortgage is usually the sum of two things: the current WIBOR 3M and the bank's margin, which is usually between 2 and 2.5 percent. This means that today WIBOR 3M at 3.85% of the total loan rate may be around 5.85% to 6.35% – depending on the conditions in your bank.
