On 4 December 2025 Rafał Kołsut died, known primarily to Polish viewers as Dyzio from the popular children's programme "Zarno" aired on TVP. He was only 35 years old. His death was reported to his close associate, Rafał Szłapa, on social media.

The cradle debuted on television at the age of seven, playing on the religious program "Ziarno", where he took on the character of Dyzia. In his adult life, he became a valued dubbing actor – he lent a voice in productions such as "The Polar Express", "Chip and Dale", "Little Mermaid" or "The Wizards of Waverly Place" (where he dubbed Justin). He was also a historian of comics and animation, academic lecturer at the Nicolaus Copernicus University and Jagiellonian University, president of the Krakow Comic Society and organizer of the Krakow Comic Festival. He actively acted in a comic book environment as a screenwriter, journalist and researcher.
Cause of death has not been officially revealed. However, shortly before death, about 1:00 p.m. on the day of death, Kołsut posted on his Facebook page a disturbing entry: "Sorry". He also changed the profile photo to black and white and background to black. This post, combined with a friend's appeal to seek help in case of mental problems ("If you feel unwell, talk about it. You're not alone"), it raises speculation about possible suicide. However, no source directly confirms this hypothesis.

How do you know he died? Half the estate saw him jump off the block to Wybicki.
We'll look for information on local groups and try to update. Thanks for the comment.
Maybe the service won't give you information because they can't because of the family's welfare, but yesterday after 14 on Wybicki there was a fire department, two ambulances, a city guard, a couple of police cars, and there was their screen and people said it was this guy.
We searched many Krakow local groups and fanpage and silence. Strange, because normally there's a lot of posts in this situation. If we can find something, we will add it to the article as updates. All in all, it's a shame about that man. A young man and made a very bad decision instead of seeking help.
Men in this country have nothing to hope for, and you know it. And I don't think that's gonna change.
