The story of Dann Sultana and Esteban Landrau is proof that love and determination can overcome all stereotypes and biological limitations. The transgender couple from Colombia not only created a stable family, but also together for several years has been raising her first child, Ariel's son.

Danna Sultana, a well-known Colombian model and influencer (transgender person, born as a man called shemale), and her husband Esteban Landrau (transgender person, born as a woman) became parents in 2020. It was Esteban, keeping his uterus and reproductive potential, who reported a pregnancy and gave birth to a boy in a hospital in Bayamón, Puerto Rico. Insemination took place in a completely natural way – without interference of assisted medicine.
The boy received the name Ariel. The couple documented all the way on Instagram Danna Sultana (@dannasultana), where more than 300 000 people follow her. Even then, fans wrote: "You are a beautiful couple and you give courage to thousands of transgenders" and "You create history".
Currently, the family lives a full life. In her last Instagram post on February 20, Danna shared a moving photograph, signing it briefly: "amor 🥰 de mi vida."
The photo shows a happy mom with a little boy – proof that Ariel has been born for several years and the boy grows up in a loving home.

Danna once wrote under one of the older pictures: "You came into my life to teach me to love unconditionally." These words perfectly reflect the reality of the family today – everyday life full of joy, raising a child and building a common future.

The story of Dann and Esteban shows that transgenderness does not preclude parenting.
Thanks to a conscious decision about incomplete medical passage (preserving reproductive capacity), the couple could experience motherhood and paternity in the most natural way.
Today they are an example for many transgender couples around the world who dream of a similar path.
