The Polish team of volleyball players failed 3:2 with Bulgaria's team at the League of Nations tournament in Gdańsk. The meeting was full of twists and gave fans huge emotions.

The meeting seemed exciting from the beginning. Poles entered the match against Bulgaria after a loud win against Iran, but also after an unexpected defeat with Cuba. This time, coach Nikola Grbić decided to give a chance to some fresh players, including Bartosz Bednorz, who returned to the game after the break..
The first set is almost a show of the White-Red forces – the advantage in the offensive and the effective game with the block brought some victory 25:17. It seemed that fans could be calm about the final score.
Bulgaria shows character
However, from the second party the initiative began moving to the Bulgarian side. The Polish team made more and more simple mistakes and rivals took advantage of further opportunities. Bulgaria won the next sets – 25:22 and 25:22, surprising even the most passionate fans.
