The commanding officer of the riot squad in the capital police was supposed to rape an intern during an alcohol libation at the police station. The details of the event sound like a scenario from a dark thriller, but it's a violent reality that raises questions about supervision in formation. What prompted the superior to do this, and why did his colleagues not intervene sooner?
The event took place on 3 January 2026 in the Police Prevention Division in Piaseczno, Warsaw.According to the information obtained by Television Republic, pijany dowódca 9. kompanii OPP, Marcin J., spożywałalkoholwraz z innymi policjantami.
The District Attorney's Office in Warsaw has charged a man with rape and forced him to submit to another sexual act. The Piaseczno District Court decided to temporarily arrest the suspect for three months. Prosecution’s spokesman, Antoni Skiba, confirmed: "There is intense activity in this case. There are still a dozen people to interrogate." The investigation includes inter alia interrogations of witnesses, including policemen present on the scene.
The police headquarters reacted immediately. The commander instructed the Control Department to take action to determine the details of the incident and promptly informed the prosecution. A suspected officer has been suspended from duty, and disciplinary action is being taken against him. At the prosecutor's request, the officer was detained and temporarily arrested. Additionally, psychological support was provided to the victim. The commandant also commissioned a branch oversight check, which may result in further consequences for those responsible.
