A short film from the fight at Central Station in Warsaw, on which a black man beats a white man, ran around the network and caused an avalanche of comments from Internet users and politicians.
First police comment
As agreed After contacting the office of the press spokesman of the Police Headquarters in Warsaw, the film is authentic.
Police are in the process of determining the course of events and possible complex notifications.
There should be an official announcement soon.
We contacted PiS MEP Dominik Tarczyński to give us a statement on the matter:
My comment is this: Great deportation of all illegal immigrants – everyone who came to Poland illegally. I also object to putting them in children's homes. As soon as the government changes, I'll personally prepare a mass deportation project.. Any person who resides in Poland legally, but commits even the smallest crime, should be deported and subject to a lifetime ban on entry into our country – Euro MP Dominik Tarczyński

The security footage that recorded the incident has been secured. The event took place on the evening of June 21. Both men are foreigners.. One of them is the driver of the transport of people "on application", and he was the first to physically attack the other, and eventually to be beaten. According to the findings so far, none of the men wanted to make a notification on this matter..

Preliminary assumptions of the new migration bill announced by President Karol Nawrocki, are based on regaining full control over the influx of foreigners to Poland and a strong fight against illegal migration. The priority is the security of citizens, so one-sided denunciation of the EU Migration Pact, implementation of a complete verification of the legality of the residence of each foreigner and a decisive improvement in deportation procedures. President Karol Nawrocki stressed the need to create special deportation centresto replace the current migration integration centres. It also intends to earmark public funds, which have so far been targeted at the integration of illegal migrants, for new infrastructure investments such as road expansion or modernisation of stations.
The planned Migration Act provides:
Increase checks on the legality of the stay.
Improve the identification and return of persons residing illegally.
Stricter sanctions for breaking migration rules.
Limiting the possibility to apply for asylum at the border.
Active involvement of local authorities in migration management processes.
These assumptions aim to drastically reduce the number of illegal migrants in Poland and highlight the priority of national security and protection of citizens' interests.
