The shocking event in the USTKA shook public opinion. 44-year-old Peter K., a State Security Service officer, attacked his family members with a knife during an evening brawl in a block at Baltic Street. The tragedy occurred on Monday evening, around 9:30 p.m., while the family was on vacation with their in-laws.
