The mBulk module already available in the mCitizen app – the end of the paperwork for drivers!

The new mStuck module in mCitizen is a revolution for drivers – a collision? You'll do everything on the phone, no papers, no stress.

mBulk – a breakthrough for drivers

Since September 1, 2025, the mCitizen has shown a long-awaited function of mCutch. The module allows you to report traffic collisions directly from the smartphone level – without laborious data copying and printing. This is a response to the increasing number of small bumps on Polish roads – only in 2024 there were over 390 thousand of them.

How does mBump work in practice?

The whole process is divided into intuitive steps:

  • Select the Service section in the application menu, then the Driver and vehicles, and click on the mStuck tile.
  • Follow the instructions on the screen.
  • Set up a common version of the incident with the second driver, both phones must have an active mBump module.
  • Each participant chooses in the application whether he is injured or perpetrator.
  • Add photos and necessary information – vehicle data and drivers automatically download from the registers, so you don't have to prescribe them manually.
  • The application generates QR code – the second participant scans it with his phone to synchronize statements.

Safety and support at the collision site

If an accident/collision requires intervention by the service, the application simply reminds of the need to call 112 and ensure the safety of participants.

Why is a fender bender a convenience and improvement?

The new solution brings tangible benefits:

  • No paper forms, no document printing.
  • Delivery of a ready-to-use application to the insurer even from the collision site.
  • Automatic data collection reduces the risk of typos and errors.
  • The electronic version of the statement improves the payment of compensation.
