Steven Spielberg has just published the final trailer for his new film Disclosure Day. A sci-fi spectacle about the great moment in which the world learns that we are not alone in the universe, already it awakens huge emotions and conspiracy theories.
Film tells about the global revelation of the truth about the existence of extraterrestrials. The lead roles feature Emily Blunt, Josh O’Connor, Colin Firth and Colman Domingo. The trailer is full of tension, government cover-ups, stolen secrets and scenes that look alarmingly familiar in the context of the recent declassified UFOs.
Premiere in cinemas is scheduled for June 12, 2026.
Can the screenplay of the film become a reality?
That's what half the Internet is asking itself right now. Spielberg has been interested in UFO themes for years, and his classics such as "Close Third Degree Meetings" or "E.T." are still considered cult. This time, however, the "Discovery Day" hits the screens at the moment when the U.S. government, at the request of President Donald Trump, massively declassified the UFO files – including FBI documents about "four-footed beings" and reports from the Apollo 11 mission, in which Buzz Aldrin describes the mysterious "drunk cylinder" flying alongside the ship.
Many commentators note that the film may not only be cinematic entertainment, but also a subtle preparation of public opinion for something bigger. Is it a pure coincidence that Spielberg releases such a title exactly during the greatest wave of UFO material disclosure in decades?
The creators themselves keep their mouths shut, but the trailer clearly suggests: "This summer the truth will belong to eight billion people."
Are we really approaching the real "Day of Disclosure"? Or is it just Spielberg's brilliant marketing? One thing is certain – June 12 will be hot in cinemas.
