Moisturising and daily care
Karolina emphasizes that intensive moisturizing of the skin – both the abdomen and thighs and the bust was crucial. It used:
- an olive for children in the morning and evening,

After each shower she took care of solid moisturizing – it was her daily ritual.
Physical activity instead of drastic diets
The presenter admitted that the first step towards a good figure was regular long walks – at least an hour a day. It was important for her that everything took place at her pace and according to her own needs, without any Instagram patterns. She gradually returned to physical activity, not forgetting rest and regeneration.
"Don’t feel pressure and do everything at your own pace. Your body is unique, regardless of the number of folds or ‘flat’ of the abdomen," advises observers.
