David Kacprzak, former Councillors of the Civil Coalition and doctor, which in 2025 earned over PLN 1.6 million, returned to the Warsaw Southern Hospital PLN 500 thousand.
According to the capital city hall, since 15 June Kacprzak corrected 33 invoices covering the period from 31 January 2025 to 16 June 2026. Money It's in the hospital's account.

Context of the affair
A 29-year-old doctor with no specialization was the coordinator of the Hospital Rescue Department. According to graphic designers, he was supposed to work an average of 331 hours a month – which means more than 11 hours a day throughout the year without leave. At the same time, he was politically active, acted on television, and served as a councillor in Ursus district.
The case has sparked huge public outrage – especially in the context of staff problems in public hospitals and patient queues.
